Keep delivering value after installation.
Help your customers get more from their batteries, and give your team a clearer view of the systems it supports. Aivy brings device control, AI optimisation and ongoing support tools into your offering, backed by power-station operating experience.
For battery manufacturers, distributors, installers and EPCs. Your customers stay yours.
The battery is installed, connected to Aivy and monitored. Your team sees it in the back office from day one.
Choose your partnership path.
Before the sale, a selling point you can explain. After it, fewer small problems reach your team.
Your batteries ship with Aivy inside.
- Before the sale: more than specs and price. Australian price forecasting and station-tested trading strategy decide when each battery charges, discharges and holds.
- After the sale: Aivy’s AI assistant answers everyday questions from your approved guides, and smart health checks help catch problems early. Suspected hardware faults come to your after-sales team with the data and Aivy’s command log attached.
- Your app or ours: already have an app? Aivy runs inside it. If not, launch our app, AI assistant and back office under your brand.
- Cloud to cloud: through your platform’s open interface, usually with no extra hardware and no firmware changes.
- VPP-ready: where the device, retailer and project allow, your customers can join electricity retailers’ VPP plans and services through Aivy.
Connected systems. Customer support. One back office.
- Win the job: for business customers, estimate monthly savings from their bill, conservatively, before you quote.
- One back office: supported batteries from different makers and their owners in one place, including systems you installed years ago, limited to the customers you’re authorised to see.
- Fewer call-outs: connection, settings and app questions can be handled in the app first, so fewer reach your phone.
- Support the next decision: alerts and usage data help your team review changes in the customer’s electricity use and storage needs.
- Business projects: you switch on and invoice the long-term operating service, site by site. Aivy runs it, sends charge plans and demand targets to the EMS, and reports to the owner every month.
- Your brand: your logo on the app, Powered by Aivy.
Who picks this up?
Seven moments from your customers’ first years with a battery. Say you’re the installer: does each one go to Aivy, to you or to the battery maker?
Seven moments, three of us. Let’s see who picks up what.
Why trust us with your customers.
What we bring, and what we put in writing.

Your brand and customers stay yours
We don’t make batteries or recommend other brands to your customers, and we never go around you to reach them. Expansion and replacement leads go to your channel.
Warranty and repair stay with the agreed after-sales team
Aivy never does warranty or repair work. Customers contact the after-sales team named in their warranty arrangements, and every alert we pass to that team includes the data and our command log.
Control has limits, and every command is logged
Aivy adjusts charge plans, power and mode, and changes a backup reserve only with the customer’s OK; customers can change any of these at any time. It never touches firmware, protection, grid or export settings. Manufacturers can pause Aivy on any device, and if our cloud can’t be reached, the battery runs on its own default logic.
No lock-in
Aivy does not require customers to change electricity retailer. Choosing another VPP depends on device compatibility and the plan’s retailer and participation requirements. If we part ways, the data comes with you and devices go back to their default mode.

From demo to market.
For manufacturers, each stage has agreed acceptance criteria, and you can stop if they aren’t met. Installers and EPCs start with a demo and a first group of customers.

Questions you might have
Do you sell batteries?
No. We don’t make, sell, install or repair batteries. We run them, for the people who make, sell and install them.
Which batteries do you support?
Multiple leading battery brands, connected cloud to cloud through each manufacturer’s own platform, usually with no extra hardware. Tell us the brands and models you work with and we’ll confirm support.
Homeowners can use the Aivy app directly. Does that compete with us?
No. Customers you bring stay yours, in your back office and under your brand if you choose. We don’t sell batteries, so homeowners still buy, install and service them through manufacturers and installers.
Who looks after customers day to day?
Aivy’s AI assistant and smart health checks handle the first line: connection, settings and the app. Safety alerts such as overheating skip the troubleshooting: the app tells the customer to keep clear and the alert is escalated straight away to the agreed after-sales team. Suspected hardware faults go to that team too, and installation or grid-setting issues go back to the installer.
Will batteries cycle more?
It depends on the plan. Often more than in their default mode, because they work harder for the customer; sometimes less. The cycling limit comes from the manufacturer’s warranty terms, is built into every plan and is tracked monthly.
Where is the data kept?
Aivy’s app and platform servers are in Australia. Data is used under each user’s permission and Australian privacy law, and kept separate for each brand. Our privacy policy has the details.
What are the commercial terms?
They depend on your products, your customers and the size of the project, so we work them out with you in a meeting.
