2. Information on this website

This website introduces Aivy and what our software and services can do. The information is general. It is not financial, legal or energy advice for your situation, and it is not a quote.

Nothing on this website is a guarantee of savings, earnings or performance. Results depend on your equipment, site, usage, tariff, weather and market prices. Where we show figures or comparisons, read them with their stated sources, assumptions and limits. A forecast or an illustration is not an achieved result.

Images and animations that show concepts, including illustrated sites, app screens and characters, explain ideas. They are not photographs of real projects, customer endorsements or a live product interface.

3. Games, quizzes and examples

The games, quizzes, charts and worked examples on this website use simplified, made-up data to show how Aivy thinks. They are not a forecast or a promise of what your battery, business or power station will save or earn, and your score is not advice.

4. The Aivy app and our services

The Aivy app is provided under its own terms of use and, where you get it through an app store, that store’s terms. Services for businesses and power stations are provided under a separate written agreement, which sets out the scope, responsibilities and commercial terms.

Sending an enquiry does not create a service contract, and it does not give us access to or control of your equipment.

5. Using the website

You are welcome to browse the website and save or print pages for personal use or internal business evaluation. Please keep any attribution and qualifications with material you share for those purposes.

You must not use the website unlawfully, try to gain unauthorised access, disrupt how it works, introduce malicious code, or use it to send spam or misleading material. Only send us information you are entitled to share, and don’t include passwords or sensitive personal information in an enquiry.

6. Our content and brand

The text, designs, logos, software, images, the Aivy character and other material on this website belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. Except as described above or as the law allows, please ask us before you copy, adapt, distribute or use this material commercially.

Please don’t use our name or branding in a way that suggests we are associated with you or endorse you when we don’t. Other names and trade marks belong to their owners.

We may link to other websites for convenience. They have their own terms and privacy practices, and a link does not mean we endorse their content or services.
