VPP Platform · for electricity retailers

Bring your battery fleet together.

Connect supported batteries across brands. Monitor your fleet and manage dispatch from one platform, using the rules you set.

Quick game

Meet the target. Keep every promise.

A VPP dispatch event starts at 5:30 pm and you need 12 kW from customers’ batteries for half an hour. Tap homes to add them. The rule: never dip into anyone’s backup reserve.

Turn event rules into dispatch

You set the events, limits and participants. Aivy dispatches each device within those rules, while preserving its backup reserve.

See events coming

Use AI price forecasts to plan charging ahead of expected high wholesale price periods.

Feed results into settlement

Event results, device health and data exports, ready for your settlement and customer credits.

Who does what.

You keep the customer. We run the technology underneath.

You, the retailer

  • Keep control of your customer relationships and retail plans.
  • Decide the events, the rules and how customers are rewarded.
  • Keep billing and settlement in your own systems.

Aivy

  • Runs the technology: connections, dispatch and data, to the rules you set.
  • Never owns the customer relationship or the billing.
  • Keeps every reserve intact and every command logged.

Features, battery compatibility and integration are confirmed for each project.

Questions you might have

Which batteries and cloud interfaces are supported?

Multiple leading battery brands are already connected, through each manufacturer’s own cloud platform. We confirm support by model and interface for each project.

Do customers need new hardware?

Not for supported batteries. Connection is cloud to cloud through the manufacturer’s platform, so nothing needs installing at the customer’s home. We confirm support by model for each project.

What can Aivy control?

Only what each manufacturer’s platform allows. The battery’s own protections always come first, and no customer’s reserve is dipped into.

How does it integrate with our systems?

Through agreed interfaces. In scoping we confirm which system sends event instructions, how device status and results come back, how customer authorisation is recorded, and which test group of devices we start with. Protocols and timings are confirmed with your technical team.

How do billing and settlement fit in?

They stay in your systems. We agree the data exchange for each project, including what you need for customer credits.

Where do you work?

With electricity retailers in Australia, across the National Electricity Market, and in New Zealand.
